Residence t' Park is located in the Vlamingenstraat 126-128. The complex has 74 single studios (+/-18m2) as well as 25 duplex studios for two persons (+/- 35m2).
The studios are all furnished, have a kitchenette (refrigerator/freezer section, microwave, double cooking rings) as well as a bathroom (shower cubicle, toilet and wash basin). Internet and TV connection are also available. The residence also has a communal garden and a covered bicycle shed. There is a caretaker, who is responsible for the maintenance of the building.
Residence 't Park is very centrally located. The building borders the park of Leuven which is a great place for a break. And the building in question also has a direct passage to the economics faculty. You can rent a studio in the residence from € 360. On top of this an advance is payable on the costs of € 700 (free internet) as well as a security of € 750 on a frozen account or in cash.
