The Residance

The residence contains 42 rooms and 21 studios and will open its doors on October 12, 2024. So you can be one of the first residents to move into this brand new building!

All rooms have a bed, closet, desk, refrigerator and private bathroom. The studios also have their own kitchenette. Per floor there is also a spacious common kitchen that you share with your fellow students.

But that's not all! The residence has a multipurpose room, a study room and a private garden where you can relax.

Not only the rooms and the common parts are an asset, but the location of the residence, in one of the nicest parts of Brussels is an absolute highlight! Amidst several colleges, you are also within walking distance of the hippest restaurants and stores that our capital has to offer. In addition, the residence is easily accessible by public transport.

Rental prices rooms from 525€/month

Advance utilities and general costs: 1600€/year

Studio rentals from 650€/month

Advance utilities and general expenses: 1750€ (small studio) or 2000€/year (large studio) Security deposit: 2 months rent

Contract: 11 months
