Vesalius is a totally new project with apartments, commercial areas and student rooms / studios. Since September, Wilgimmo is offering various student rooms and studios.
Vesalius answered perfectly to the renewal of the southern part of Leuven. Besides the apartments and commercial areas there is also a student building. The building includes a total of 54 units, divided into rooms (fully furnished with bed, desk, wardrobe and a private bathroom with shower, toilet, sink) and studios (same as a room but with a double bed and a kitchen). The rooms can use the common kitchens of which one per floor is available. Off course there is also a place to store your bike. The materials are all high quality and the building has been given a very modern look.
